Distinct from Payment Instruments or Wallets:   
Nitro Points are not recognized as a payment instrument, electronic wallet, or any form of legal tender under prevailing financial regulations. They do not operate as an independent transactional tool or a stored-value repository similar to digital wallets or prepaid cards; instead, they are a platform-specific token created solely for redeeming in-game skins within the CyberNitro environment. Their use is restricted to our Service and cannot extend to external transactions or replace regulated payment methods, ensuring compliance with applicable financial laws while preserving their unique purpose within our reward framework.


Restricted to Individual Account Use:   
Nitro Points are exclusively tied to the specific account under which they are earned or acquired, prohibiting any form of sharing, trading, or reassignment to other users, accounts, or entities. Limited to In-Platform Utility:   
Nitro Points carry no intrinsic financial worth and are not convertible into cash, cryptocurrency, or any other external asset or currency beyond the CyberNitro ecosystem. They are designed solely as an internal mechanism for skin redemption on our platform and cannot be traded, sold, or redeemed for monetary gain on external markets. This confinement to in-platform use reinforces their role as a reward and engagement tool, distinct from financial currencies, and ensures they serve only to enrich your interaction with CyberNitro.com.


Nitro Points remain active and redeemable provided your account sustains regular activity; however, they will expire after 18 months of continuous inactivity, measured from your last login or transaction date. To uphold fairness and adaptability, Nexaspulse LTD retains the authority to periodically assess and refine the Nitro Points system, including top-up procedures, redemption offerings, and related terms, to ensure alignment with our commitment to providing a balanced, engaging, and equitable experience for all users within the CyberNitro community.

All prices on CyberNitro.com are final unless otherwise stated, but additional fees (e.g., shipping for physical items, if applicable) may apply and will be clearly disclosed before checkout.
